CA R. Soundarya is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience and has been in practice since 2011. She provides professional services to companies, banks, financial institutions and businesses in the areas of valuation, auditing, taxation, FEMA advisory, financial consultancy, regulatory compliance and transaction-related matters.

She is an IBBI Registered Valuer in the Securities or Financial Assets (SFA) asset class and has extensive experience in the valuation of securities, financial assets and related instruments. She has also completed the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She is also Social Auditor from the Institute of Social Auditors of India. In addition, she has completed specialized certificate courses in Concurrent Audit of Banks, Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection, and Forex and Treasury Management.

Her core practice areas include valuation of securities and financial assets, social impact assessment, social audit, FEMA advisory and compliance, statutory and internal audits, bank audits, corporate and institutional audits, direct and indirect taxation, and financial advisory services.
